To unite the whole Church, to love the whole City, with the whole Gospel.
Ministerial
Lead Pastors
The Ministerial is specifically offering a space for Lead Pastors to get together in an effort to rebuild connections throughout the churches of Abbotsford. Abbotsford has over 100 churches and this is a space where we can gather together and share in how God is at work throughout the city. We can do this in sharing our stories, encouraging each other, learning from each other, and working together to further God’s kingdom.
In order to do this, every two months we facilitate a lunch for lead pastors of Abbotsford. This lunch is focused on time for pastors to hear joys and struggles, to pray for each other, and to share opportunities in ministry and mission.
New Initiative | Why have a space for only Lead Pastors?
This ministerial is a new initiative beginning September 2026, coming after a year of exploring the vision of the ACLN and where God is calling us forward. In listening to other churches, we heard a desire for a space for lead pastors to get together and build relationships and to have a setting where they could listen together to where God is calling them to serve.
Our hope is that the ministerial can also have opportunities to serve other members of church staff like worship pastors or executive pastors, but as we begin we are inviting lead pastors to come and build relationships with one another in this city.
